About Me

I’m Laura, a qualified Hypnobirthing Coach based in Cork, where I live with my two children and husband! I was introduced to Hypnobirthing during my first pregnancy and found it totally & utterly fascinating.  After a really positive and empowering first birthing experience in April 2020, in the midst of the Covid pandemic, I found myself constantly wanting to learn & read more about Hypnobirthing.  I decided to take it to the next level and train as a Hypnobirthing Teacher with The Little Birth Company, and here I am 😊 My second birth was another wonderful experience and made me even more certain about my choice.

I believe that Hypnobirthing is for absolutely everyone and for absolutely every type of birth.  I am passionate about empowering pregnant people and their birth partners and filling them with knowledge to ensure that they are excited about their upcoming birth experience.
